Technology principle
Protective filtration is specified against conditions nobody can reproduce on demand. Pore structure is the measurable property that predicts whether a medium will hold its rated protection — and the first property to shift when a supplier changes resin, loft or calendering without telling you. Measuring it on each incoming lot is the only point in the chain where a substitution is cheap to catch.

Frequently asked questions
Can the instrument test an assembled respirator cartridge rather than flat media?
Yes, with a chamber built for that geometry. Chamber design is configured per customer, and an intact cartridge is one of the standard custom geometries. Send us the part and we will confirm before you order.
We are asked for data traceable to a calibration certificate. Is that supported?
The instrument holds auto-calibration records alongside results, and calibration certificates are issued at installation and at each scheduled maintenance. For the formal qualification package, ask about the documentation set when you enquire.
